Description

NorthQuest 1000 is a low molecular weight, 48% Polyacrylic Acid Homopolymer. It is highly effective as a dispersant and scale inhibitor in industrial water treatment, boiler water treatment, as well as, all water-based systems. This product has good thermal stability to oxidizing agents like chlorine. It is non-foaming providing good environmental acceptability. NorthQuest 1000 inhibits the deposition of calcium, magnesium, barium sulfate and other low solubility salts, which are responsible for the deposition of scale. This product shows good activity over a range of pH, high water hardness, and temperature without precipitation.
